World Piece Portable Vaporizers are covered by a Lifetime Warranty

(Excluding Nitro Blister)

Lifetime Warranty covers the battery and power accessories only.
Warranty does not cover atomizers or other non-power related accessories.
Please view the Warranty FAQ if you have any questions about processing your warranty and what is covered by the Lifetime Warranty.   

Warranty Activation Form Instructions:

1) Locate the unique serial number engraved or printed on the back of the grinder or dabit card included with your vaporizer kit.

2) Locate the unique serial number printed on the back of your vaporizer kit box.

3) Enter BOTH serial numbers on the form below where indicated along with your information to activate your lifetime warranty

FAQ

Q: How do I activate my 10-Year Warranty?

A: You must completely fill out the form on this page and include the two unique serial numbers that came with your Vaporizer Kit.

Q: Where do I find my serial numbers?

A: The "Grinder or Dabit Card Serial Number" is located on the back of the grinder or dabit card that came with your Vaporizer Kit, it may be printed or engraved. The "Vaporizer Kit Box Serial Number" is printed on the back of your Vaporizer Kit box.

Q: What is covered by the 10-Year Warranty?

A: The 10-Year Warranty covers all power accessories including the battery, USB Cable and USB Wall Charger and applies to power accessories included in Vaporizer Kits with valid serial numbers only.

Q: What is not covered by the 10-Year Warranty?

A: The 10-Year Warranty does not cover non-power related items inlcuding mouthpieces, atomizers, dabber tools, cleaning brushes, grinder cards, dabit cards, and silicone cases. It also does not cover single power accessories purchased via this website or authorized dealers.

Q: How do I process my warranty after activation?

A: To process your warranty exchange, please contact customer service using this form and select Warranty from the dropdown menu. To validate your warranty claim please use the email address and phone number you eneterd when activating your warranty. A customer service representaive will contact you withing 2-3 business days to coordinate a replacement. After sending in your defective unit, please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing. You will need to send the defective unit in to us using whatever method you see fit. We will replace your defective piece for free, you will only need to pay for shipping and handling. For sanitary purposes, please do not send any used atomizers.
